Just to put this here for a second, what is shown here is not consent. Consent under intoxication of any kind or in this case hypnosis is not consent of not previously given and reinforced. Consent during intoxication if not previously stated or denied is not consent. I am not saying there is rape happening here but Kendrick is being touched without his actual consent even though it appears to be. Little A is aware of that fact and act against Kendricks will knowingly. His intentions aren't bad but they aren't innocent either, proven by his moral scale.
