Think about it as if they weren't the same person. A seer is always vulnerable and at risk of kidnapping etc for people who want to use their powers. He was not hiding his true self because he has the power to protect himself and to test them a bit, but they didn't know that. From their perspective they "sold" him out to someone who they don't actually know, and has the power to harm him just because they wanted to curry favour with the strongest dude. Granted, they might not have thought so far, but it's common sense that a seer is vulnerable, and you really shouldn't go around talking about it if you actually cared about the seer, or at least had some loyalty or even maybe some logic/common sense.

Yup. Pissed me off. She's his real life friend and she didn't even think about the dangers she was putting him through... How if there was someone listening in on their conversation? Like come on.. So many people are watching Black Scythe so some are definitely listening in to get some intel I mean if I was one of the bystanders and I have the skills to spy (listen to conversations) then I would definitely do so, cuz it's a death game lol
