I agree with you. When I read those lines from him I really hated it at that moment, like he will only like him cause she's unique and she's not like other girls blah blah typical trope. But...I think I'll have to forgive Cyrus for this one, since he's also one of the typical ML's who's always there to save the FL. I'm a sucker for these types
I hate the, “most woman have two reactions” line so bad. It’s really giving “your not like other girls” and that’s so misogynistic because apparently woman have two archetypes in manwha, you either get to be the stepping stone for female leads or plot fodder. These woman literally have zero substance besides abuser or fodder, absolutely terrible cliches and recycled plot
