I'd figure it'd be a horrible accident

So the incident happened with a girl that seems to be very similar to how Waguri is which makes Toki's involvement with her understanding, but like damn it really is a Grey area of how something can cause someone to take actions that can even affect innocent people. I am glad the boys got to speak their part and I hope that Toki is telling the story cause it looks like a page is missing
