Great point! I'm speaking from my own experience, having attended a private school that actually moved locations. It might be different in Japan as you said though, maybe regulations are different (⊙o⊙ )
I dont buy it, director.
The way the private school goes around this issue is so weird for me. They are a wealthy school. They have money. They could easily gather funds to move the school to another place of they wanted to, but still decide to stay there. Its such a halfass measure. Like, its almost as if the director just wants to do the bare minimum? Make the girl awkward and psychotic by instilling fear and hatred in them, make the boys next door feel like they need to apologize for breathing and just have to brush off scorn from WEALTHY AF GIRLS. thats so bad bro
