I agree with you but it was expected honestly. Pyeonghwa's intent wasn't to make love to incheol but to put him into his place, hurt him even. In the previous chapter Incheol's ego got the best of him and he even taunted Pyeonhwa telling him to look who's on top. He even offered to fuck Pyeonghwa to help him out (pretty sure my old dude assumes every gay man likes it up the ass lol). So, yeah.. Noone deserves to be raped, and this chapter was so uncomfortable to read through. However, in the context of their dynamic, Pyeonghwa was literally throwing Incheol off his high horse. You can see in the quick flashback as well that the Congress woman also warned Incheol about his ego, and reminding him that he can't guarantee he'll always be on top (funny). With the MCs history and constant clashing, no other way would make sense. In every encounter they've been intimate, it's been for ulterior motives or as a power play to break the other.
