"Hyung" is more used by younger guys to adress older guys and mostly if they are close with each other (I think ... Sry it's hard to describe ^^')
And if they are not in a Sunbae-Hoobae Relationship
Senpai would be "Sunbae"
Kouhai would be "Hoobae"
thats partially correct sunbae means senior but when somebody says "hyung" it's addressed like "hey big bro!" meaning they've become closer friends or their friendship deepened something like that
In my understanding
Sunbae = Senpai
Hung = Nii-san
Oppa = Onii-chan
If they were Japanese, I think it's like when you're so close to someone and you kinda omit -san or senpai or even start calling them with their first name. You wouldn't start calling your close senpai "nii-san" - 'cause that's kinda weird. But yeah, it's literally like that in Korean.
Well, I think Doyun usually called Chan "hyung" behind his back though. (▰˘◡˘▰)
