maybe it won't become romantic at all, and even if it did it would take a lot of chapters until that happens with a lot of transactional fucking in the meantime. I think it might go in a similar way to Warehouse, where it stays toxic until the end but they find a weird fcked up balance in that they're both crazy af and deserve each other
another comment mentioned how they find it hard to believe that this will become a romantic thing and i have to agree—it feels almost wrong for it to go that route. i can’t imagine it at all ngl. just doesn’t fit the characters or story.
