This is going to sound weird but the guy that killed her I felt a little sorry for in the end for him because we found out in the novel at least he had gone abroad for his education and his family had been destroyed and had taken their own lives I think because of what her father did (he wanted to take over their business or eliminate them as competition) so he did not love her half sister he was planning to get revenge on her and their father, it was a shame he killed her instead of teaming up with her, but then it would have been a different story
