the art is way too good for this lacklustre plot. 70 chapters in and he just now has realized his feelings, with nary a confession for another few and no real chemistry. Plus a new character every two chapters who I do not give a shit about, specifically because they will be irrelevant in five minutes after they’ve outlived their usefulness. Like exposition could worked at certain points and we could, I dunno, focus on the main couple maybe.
They should have just made it about the actual Ophelia realizing she’s in a novel. At least she had personality.
