MC has a mega avoidant personality and does not want to deal with whatever the fuck this fuck buddy wants from him and is just trying to brush him off as best he can. Then Some kinda drama where an employee who worked on Eli's campaign leaked a photo of his face before the Ad released? And as part of the recovery efforts, I think they did more photoshoots and MC was made to handle it, so he did but just didn't go onsite when the shoot happened so he could avoid Eli.
And now the drama's blown past(?) and they eating and wrapping up the shoot and now Eli is here to take his mans
