Maybe her mother is foreigner
Some afghanis can look white with blond hair, and quite a few have colored eyes. Former therapist + wife, both afghani, have a very white looking baby, like blond curly hair and blue eyes.
Also Afghanistan is geographically and culturally in central Asia. Some claim its not cause its not a soviet country like the other "stans" country, but it's pretty much central Asia culturally and physically.
yall im not big on history so it could make sense but why is she white blonde and blue eyes when shes in former afghanistan which is in central/south asia
