Why make him free for like 3 days to make him get trapped again so fast and get back to the same senseless raping and torture?
I thought either Hee-ryang would decide to start doing better and let Yeonjo leave to meet him at some point in the future in better terms (that was the somehow "happy ending")
Or go absolutely batshit crazy for not being able to find Yeonjo and end up killed by those tired of him
And tbh that's what I see here, his own people will probably turn against him and kill him because of his sick obsession with Yeonjo (and probably kill Yeonjo as well, or maybe he will get to run away while Hee-ryang gets murdered) idk but yeah. I just would have preferred for that to happen while Yeonjo was elsewhere trying to survive, instead of another season of him getting raped and tortured
There is no happy ending, I never thought there would be, but still this (if there is more raping) feels just like, at least for Yeonjo there is no plot other than being a victim
