This is a frustrating read but I can't get enough of it because it's an excellent story about the many facets and types of narcissism.
Narcissism isn't self-love, it's total self focus and self absorption.
The biofather and second prince are the obvious type, their pride being the most important if not the only important thing in the world.
The commoner and low noble couple are a second type, and our FL calls them out for it. Desperation can narrow your focus and world so much so that it consists of only that which you're desperate about, and you will do whatever it takes to resolve it regardless of the consequences and how many people get hurt because of it.
And the FL is a third kind of narcissist. It's a narcissism of trauma and despair. She isn't humble. Humility isn't thinking less of yourself but thinking of yourself less (something a lot of manga etc gets wrong). She is completely and constantly absorbed in her own pain and self hatred. She, for most of the story, actually doesn't appreciate -can't appreciate -the love and care shown for her, hence her being willing to die, take any abuse, and her running away.
