So everyone benefits the moon? I thought it’s just the emperor who is positively affected by the moon. Or does the moon not benefit in this case but affecting the mc with negating the effect?
It is Radan who is affected by the moon, so the curse is not working during the Red Moon. He can look at anyone.
So why no effect on the other guy? I mean he looked him straight in the eyes as well thought only the emperor had the moon bonus
