I know a lot of people won’t like this story but I personally loved it. It captures human emotions and real life situations so well. Woo Hyung (MC) is such a relatable character, and a lot of people don’t want to hear that but it’s true. Nobody knows entirely what they want, how to love, how to approach certain situations, etc. There is no guide book for that and people need to realize that. Tons of people want to hate on Woo Hyung but his reactions are extremely realistic. Imagine going through the situation he went through? Nobody would notice how to react. Everybody heals differently. And I felt for him so deeply when he spoke about how things would have been better if the person who had raped him was someone he didn’t know.
I cried so much while reading this story. All the characters have so much love to give but don’t know how to give it or receive it. The characters are going through their own problems and arent sure how to approach them or help themselves heal. And I think that is normal and realistic and even reflects what happens in the real world. Yes it’s a bit exaggerated but I personally find it relatable and simultaneously heartbreaking.
I just feel extremely empathetic for every single character and I can understand them all. (Except for Cha Noyeol.)
Anywho, this may be one of my favorite manhwa’s ever. The author did an incredible job.
