get why some people might feel weird about season 2 and 3, everyone has their own comfort levels and that’s totally fine. But personally, I don’t see the story as sexualizing anything underage. The ML is literally a dragon who just looks like a kid at first cause even the translater clarifies that he takes on the appearance of a child and then grows up normally before anything romantic happens. To me it’s just a fantasy trope, not meant to reflect real situations. People can have different opinions of course but at the end of the day it’s still fiction, so it feels a bit unnecessary for everyone to get so worked up over it and to some people it's the author reflecting personal desires and art imitates life and whatnot but not all fiction is comparable to a real life situation especially in this case where the ml is literally a dragon and there are non human characters and magical aging , it is FICTION for a reason and there's no need to attack anyone based on face value information , no one can assume the authors intent behind it unless they clearly state it , so drawing up conclusions based on nothing is serving no purpose
