Wait, I read one recently which I loved-

Born As The Daughter of a Lowly Concubine was surprisingly good. Not a completely fluff based story, but it has its cute moments.

I also liked WMMAP, but you probably already know that one.

The absolute winner in this category currently is My Mom Entered a Contract Marriage. Great plot, great art, lots of kids and a real kid for once.

If cuteness is what you want, the answer is On The Way To Meet Mom. Literally nothing is fluffier, BUT. Not a historical setting.

I know others, but honestly, the quality isn't such that I would recommend them. If you're okay with some cuteness and mostly nothing burger plots-
