I understand it as: Cheongryeo (VTIC leader guy) having a special Trait that sent him back in time everytime he fails a certain condition (called status abnormality for Moondae). For reference, Moondae's special Trait is "Infinite Potential" (I think, I kinda forgor)
Cheongryeo does Not have the details of his own status abnormalities, because he does not have the game system window like Moondae
so this means that he have to painstakingly go through his whole life again everytime he unknowingly fails a condition.

So he also has an abnormality like moondae's debut or die, but because he doesn't know exactly what it is he just continously dies and goes back in time? But I think he has an idea what the abnormality is because from what I understood, whenever he feels like he won't fulfil it he kills himself
I kind of don't get that vitc guys lore. His status abnormality is that he has to become the best idol or die? And so does he have the power to go back in time or restart time? I really dont get it and would appreciate if someone explained!!
