It's an analogy and metaphor for child s.a. In this case even cp, the closing doors that won't open like the cycle of him not getting out, the silence of it continuing over and over again. He put that poor child that he's abusing with him and did god knows whatever to them.. the uncle is a sick fuck. + doors also symbolise exclusion so yea that's also that. It's disturbing and sickening
