I hate body horror and only started reading this because based on the title and cover, I wrongly assumed that it might be isekai where MC gets to raise the little brother he killed by mistake (or felt guilty about his death despite not killing him directly) in their previous life. I did not check out the tags at all.
I do not regret reading this, I was just not prepared at all and now I'm wishing for a happy ending despite the probability of that being very slim
