It has kinda similar plot like this except that the ML is really an outside kid which the MC's dad adopt. Where the MC drug the ML and them doing the boombayah and everything changed. I think what I read so far was that there was an ongoing engagement going on and the Mc dont know what to do and so far thats all I remember.
