I think it had an isekai element but honestly don't remember.
Somehow the MC (guy) is building a town/city near a dungeon or in a bad area and it does really well. Named Sunshine or something lol. He was tasked at making the town and crediting it back to a young boy and girl (siblings) whose famiy is not nice and MC says fuck it I'll make this the best town and then actually does. Then the family of the two siblings are like nah it's out town we just lent the land to you and wants to take it back so the older brother can get credit or something. MC is like kay take it, we will make another town and everyone ends up leaving with him to the new town. Older brother's now taken over town is like ghost town and like kinda used as a rest stop before the actual new MC town.
Thats all I kinda remember. If anyone could help me out, that would be great. I thought maybe I had it bookmarked but finding no luck in findin it lol
