Muyeol is the yellow-eyed guy that Minchan considers to be family (the one ML can't bring himself to tell Minchan the truth about), and Gwonryeom is our gorgeous ML.
I suck at explaining but I hope this helps.
ML is Bihwan, MC is Minchan. Gwonryeom and Muyeol are the same person. "Muyeol" is his name from when Bihwan knew him in their past lives (they're cousins), "Gwonryeom" is the new name he goes by in this time and what Minchan knows him as. He can manipulate people's subconscious so that they can't recognise him unless he permits them to.
