I really need author to address Kim Dan's feelings:
1) Kim Dan doesn't have appetite because he still has ptsd over how Jaegang did to him before this - it was never consensual. He had to do it because it was tied to Jaegang's hold over his future. That's why Kim Dan associated those times as dark past for him. At one point, Jaegang's temper actually triggered him to sleepwalk again
2) Now that Kim Dan realizing he's a bit different he didn't know what to make up of this. It wasn't consensual by the book, but this time around it's driven based on how he feels too. It's not entirely good but also wasn't bad. Probably it puts more perspective that their relationship could be mended properly
To me, Jaegang is still a shit person. He acknowledges that he's too deep in emotion with Kim Dan hence why he's reacting the way he did VS the past. He still need massive improvement (which idk if author is going to do ). Based on how dense this dude is, everything needs to be articulated and communicated. Yeah he will throw a tantrum, but I guess he had silver lining in his character when it comes to Kim Dan. If he takes his coach's words seriously, this means, Kim Dan is someone he wants to protect. It's not about himself anymore. This also means Kim Dan's wellbeing should matter more if he wants to start doing anything.
