I agree with you,cuz watching em calling each other "my sister" ,"sister" is kinda weird . "Unnie" would be better since they're not actually siblings.

From my experience, the translator did a good job on the translating, but the essence of the translation of another language was not done correctly.
Y'all have to remember, "SISTER" roughly means "UNNIE" in Korean, and in Korean people call someone older than them by UNNIE if it's a female, and OPPA if it's a man.
It looks like they were more childhood friends than sisters, but because "UNNIE" was simply translated as SISTER without it's essence, it was incorrectly mistaken as an incest manwha.
Honestly childhood friends to lovers makes a lot of people swoon, but suddenly it's all wrong for this manwha and that's probably because it was taken incorrectly. Not that I'm supporting incest, just that I think this manwha doesn't fall in that category, just not correctly translated in terms of the languages' essence in question.
