Whether the red haired guy is bad or not, has been left as a point of curiosity. I’m pretty sure the author wants us to question it, and be unsure. The author has so far made it seem like the butler is unaware of the MC’s family situation in detail. The butler is made to seem sympathetic towards our MC.
