I was thinking Lizzy could be the ‘eve’ as she’s the person that he hurt first and the symbolism of all women for mc.
Anyways the thing that starts this all off is mc ‘failing to provide for lizzy as a man’ and breaking up with her. He has failed with his parts and thus is forced to be given another one. The god here uses his rib (or the area around it) to prove that gaining a pussy is like the start of a whole new way of life and thoughts for him. The intent was for him to finally learn how to love women but the process was uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..
The 2nd-3rd chapter with the doctor guy was his ‘positive role model example’ of what mc was supposed to be, but couldn’t achieve. It was the doctor’s pure hatred of him and lizzy’s want to be pleasured (because she still likes him and that ties in with her own personal pleasure. Not his) that they sent him through the ‘understanding and pleasuring women’ training which would set him on the path of fulfilling his duties as a man but it’s not really. Fulfilling your duties as a man is a really vague statement and it’s so vague that it’s made fun of in the way that mc is only used for pleasure, which sets him up for failure. The god in this world makes decisions based on ideality instead of ‘would it actually fulfil its purpose?’ And THIS is why mc fails so hard and everything he goes through is so messed up.
The textboxes in this switches perspective a lot but in the last chapter it’s focused mainly on ‘the prophet’ or the god that gave him his rib pussy. It blames mc’s doom on himself because he ‘failed’ and not because it made a flawed creation. The monologue in the end about humans not being able to understand each-other from the start with the first two humans all the way to lizzy and mc speaks as the god giving up. It tries to ‘fix’ Mc by continuing to give him more pussies which honestly reminds me of a person desperately trying to tie a relationship (in this case, understanding women) together by repeating the same strategy(tormenting oneself (mc) for the sake of pleasure for the other(lizzy aka women)) and blaming it on the situation instead of how you choose to fix it.The Mc is its creation, and with the stitching you can see, it seems like he wants to run away from his fate yet is unable to serve because he is an inherently flawed design and cannot serve the way his god wanted him to.
In the end, he has failed. The god continues its pursuits even though it monologues about realising that it’s all useless. It’s useless because they will never understand each other. But I want to ask, does it understand mc in the first place?
I don’t think the message here is that men are made for the sole purpose of serving women but rather a criticism of that thought. Do not keep trying to salvage what is unsalvageable through means that will hurt you. You shouldn’t follow the thought process of the god and blame the situation but try to reflect on whether this is WORKING and if it is, does it also send you into a state of disrepair? Do you truly feel better and do you really want a future where your only purpose is to please?

The author seems to have gone through some hysteria while writing this but I refuse to think about what this can represent so here’s the thing ;
The title of this manhwa is ‘Adam’s rib’, a reference to that fact that in the bible, when god made eve (women), he took out one of Adam’s ribs. The ‘god’ in this that replaced mc’s rib with a pussy wanted him to understand how women felt by taking out a part of him and this was what lead to him having all these ‘experiences’
