I foresee knotting and pregnancy in the future.

The thing is, knotting is not biologically possible in humans, even in an ABO setting, unless humans are no longer human. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ An alpha would have to somehow have a canine penis for that

Well... The author of "Diamond Dust" didn't get that memo cause ML knot every single time that they have sex with penetration

I wish creators/authors would study at least a little bit of genetics/biology/anatomy before they create their works

Well... We are talking about a world where cis men can get pregnant, so biology and anatomy left the chat from the very beginning

That's true, but there are logical explanations one could make ¯_(ツ)_/¯
For example, male omegas could be a sort of functional intersex phenotype — with male genitalia externally, but a specialized internal reproductive tract for gestation that only opens in heat. Pregnancy would be high-risk and likely require C-sections rather than natural birth because of their pelvis. Their bodies could have adapted hormone cycles to regulate the process safely, like temporary openings, uterine lining reabsorption outside of pregnancy, and controlled receptivity. It’s a way to make it biologically plausible while still keeping the ABO mechanics intact.
