Suddenly, Taegu's list of crimes just skyrocketed. I think the annoying part is that he doesn't immediately come off as the bad guy, like the twink or Seo-in's brother does. I have to vent just cuz he pisses me off.
1. The grooming is obvious. He's in a place of power, a caregiver role, and for it to suddenly turn sexual is messed up. 2. Its his AWARENESS that the above is bad, that really irks me. He uses language like how his feelings 'twisted', calls YW 'kid', his memories clearly portray YW as a naive individual. He knows not to act on it.
3. When he chooses to act on it the first time, he does it when YW is at a LOW point in his life. He tries to take advantage of someone thats emotionally vulnerable in more ways than one.
4. His present entitlement is disgusting. Reading between the lines, my guess is that after taegu kissed YW the first time, YW probably rejected the act and said something along the lines of wanting to live a 'normal' life. This probably referred to meeting a nice girl and settling down. That's why seeing YW with Seo-In, who is also related to YW's past trauma, really set Taegu off. But it's absolutely disgusting that he thinks he is entitled to do whatever he wants towards YW, especially after watching YW be failed by older parental figures over and over. He literally REPEATS his offenses against YW. Selfish fckers all around.
5. Ik some ppl argue that Seo-in is the same, an asshole that forces himself on others. But i think the main difference is that Yeongwoon could have walked away at any time. The ML never placed himself as a caregiver or threatened Yeongwoon(his only threats are, if you don't come with me, I'm gonna go f* someone else, which isnt really a threat).
