I have so much to say about this manga, I’m sitting here still crying and holding back. Yoshiomi’s life, while reading bits and pieces had me physically ill. A subject of true torment at every step of the way, I could feel the thick hostility towards him from the beginning even without knowing much. Every time they showed a part of his world, I could do nothing but cry and wish him well. Even with the happy post conflict events, I can’t help but just choke back the bitterness from every single moment of his agony and fear. This was so well written and obviously I was immersed, but I just hurt so much seeing Yoshiomi hurt. It was truly painful. I’m looking forward to reading the sequel!
