I didn't expect Seungmin to actively investigate behind Jaeyoung's condition. I don't remember Jaeyoung mentioning that he was drugged to Seungmin though. Also, episode 16 suggests that he works for the club manager and perhaps weeds out drug dealers. He probably didn't know about H-100 initially but given that the Dive's director's himself is present and listing all the symptoms that's bothering Jaeyoung, he now knows that this was the source of Jaeyoung's unhappiness.
P.S: The ending scene suggests that Jaeyoung is still connected with whoever drugged him and reports his everyday schedule to them.
