The priests are! Sha amon is doing somenthing else for the priestes and in return they erase nain memories because if left alone he can get drepressed and maybe even worts, so they do this exchange, we just dont know what is amon taking care of yet
I’m guessing Amon is erasing Na In’s memories of the most bloody part of the ritual because Na In really doesn’t like it. Or he could be hiding something else.
