It seems like MC was in a relationship with ML and he was head over heels for ML. But his family framed him to make it seem like he could've possibly slept with the ML dad. && Probably label him as someone who sleeps with people to get wealth. While I'm unsure but it could also possible be because the ML dad saw him as another son and maybe was going to add him to the inheritance or maybe they felt like someone from his background isn't qualified to be in their family. I'm also assuming MC never slept with anyone before and gave his 1st time to the ML. And hasn't been with anyone since. And also seems like instead of the ML doing proper research he believe the lies and treated the MC very poorly.
Also it seems like the MC child belongs to the ML but he thinks it could be his father child or some random person cause he views MC as a whole who sleeps around.
