I’m just saying that the size and age combined is disgusting and it truly feels like the story aims to feed into p3dophillia. I was truly intrigued by the alternative aesthetic, so i’m bummed, but it’s a me problem. I think there are better ways to portray the maturity of a character without making them monstrously large. It kinda just feels like a justification for p3dos to project their interest in l0licon. Those are my thoughts but I’d love to be rebutted
Gotta agree. It got too weird for it not to be intentional in a way that feels sinister. I believe this is the second time these creators direct a little too much focus on how a ~wittle tiny guy is simultaneously young/innocent but diegetically, "irresistibly" sexy. It's not really enough to scandalize me and I wouldn't go beyond accusing them of having an unsavory talent for *that* artstyle but it sits way outside of my very personal comfort zone.
I don't agree or disagree. There are times where I completely agree, but also disagree. Like, for instance, this whole series is fucked up, if that makes you out of the comfort zone, then what about the rape, violence, prostitution and so much more, murder, kidnapping etc. Like AJ had to go to therapy (which he thankfully was able to afterwards). I also agree on the fact this shouldn't ever be justification for pedo's or loli's, like it is disturbing on the HUGE age gap, but at the same time, the story is more fucked up and it's fiction so I tend to just not get triggered by it. Although at the same time, things don't trigger me much unless it's LIKE very VERY PEDO, like in Backlight's newest ch. (after 66), fucking Taegu (the father figure) fucking raised him and then disgusting kissed him beyond all boundaries forcefully ew ew ew, I couldn't even read that shit, that's more pedo then this story could ever be for me. So I agree and disagree, I'm not saying it's the best story ever or the worst, just that it at least ends nicely and after reading and waiting about 4 years, I finally am thankful to see the day it is actually done :))
