You know, I thought when Kyou would finally meet his end in the most agonizing way possible it would be very cathartic for me, but all I feel is just....empty. I stuck with this manga sense the beginning and I love revenge stories like these, but Juuijika no Rokunin became a goddamn mess. What started out as a engaging revenge narrative became full of wasted potential full of dragged out scenes where shit gets repeated and certain plot elements are just forgotten. Juujika no Rokunin is unfortunately another manga I loved but turned into a massive disappointment. There's still one more chapter left, but with everything that's happened I'm not holding my breath for promising ending.
