In the story, the mc was wearing this I think Lion mask and he was put in a room full of other people(?) wearing masks also, there was only one round table and in that room is where they all discuss sum useful information and stuff. So the mc kind of became like feared bc all of the information he gives is rlly accurate and also, in order to exchange information, they must take turns using a red and green card. And no, I don't think it's "31st table piece" ... ┗( T﹏T )┛
