Bro is right we can just shift alll the blame on consumers with recycling eating and stuff. Numbers don't lie and the most impact on the environment have companies even if every single person started recycling nothing would really change which is why we DO need to shame companies that are killing the planet and in a lot of cases also people. Just look at nestle they knowingly killed many people if it's the stealing water from people and then selling them the water they stole or the whole baby formula. Only looking at nestle which is one company (also veryyyy huge company that owns most of the foods on the market) you can easily find them killing people for profit and that's not even touching how little they care about environment. Well what can we expect from a company that doesn't care about human lives to care about nature. Also just looking in any big company you'll find a huge scandal how either they killed people and/or destroy environment and just got a slap on the wrist with a fine. The fines they have to pay are already included in their business plan they have a separate budget just for that.

Also about bei vegetarian it's not true (I'm vegetarian myself going strong on 10 year now) the whole gas emissions from animals is kind of bs. Production of soy is also very destructive to environment (very fun to go chcek up on it) i do think that eating less meat could help a bit but there is no need for everyone to go fully vegetarian. Even starting with not eating meat one day a week could help also for most of our history our diet didn't contain that much met (except rich people) since it was expenise and meat was served on special occasions.
