I think some readers are low key missing the point. I deeply hate how the teacher tried to expel our female protagonist by instilling a fear in her. It was obviously blackmail, but the incident that happened to her student years ago wasn't anti climatic. If her injured student wasn't with her boyfriend, those bullies and sex offenders of chidori would S A. The fact that before and now, lots of chidori students still cat-call the female students and teachers, shows and exposes and tells us again and again that those males are violating those girls and women's boundaries behind the "joke" card. I am glad that our protagonist and his male friends and teacher are not excusing this behaviour behind "not all men" rethoric. Not all men is not enough for every woman
