Can someone explain why he is the descendant of Javier and Queen Magento..?

Is it because.. the offspring of Queen Magento and Lloyd married the offspring of Javier? And then thus.. why the crown prince is the descendant of both.. or did Queen Magento ended up with Javier?

    Their offspring got together. Queen Magento was extremely devoted to Lloyd (she literally waited YEARS for him), and Javier stayed with his girl.
