Both are under influence. He is in induced rut and omega in heat. Omega can talk as well the Alpha, and he asked him to stay, why he hasn't asked to go to the hospital or something. Alpha at least looked like he would call his friend, i dont know why they both didnt think about going to the Hospital, Authors never acts like in bl have hospital unless injury or pregnancy.

He didnt even wanna do it with him. Imagine being friends and thinking you have a only one real friend and discover he wanted your ass all this time. Yes he is still an ass, but he seemed genuine about wanting to be friends.
