We'll, it's not that he's scared Gyuha will cheat on him. It's just that Chayoung thinks he will go MIA again, after pulling that stunt (leaving home without him knowing where he is) he started to feel more anxious. But yeah, I get that his possessiveness is a little too out of hand.
