Like someone else said, there is potential here but the author seems inexperienced in writing so they're just jumping from one bullet point event to the next without much in between. Makes the read a bit jarring and you're constantly sort of like, "How'd we get here?" Or "I wonder if the author forgot about xyz." It's not terrible and I don't dislike any of the characters but it's not particularly good either.
