I guess with the recognition of the neo heroes, other smaller hero assoc. popped up . I guess the gag there was saitama being completely oblivious to the neo heroes while simultaneously taking the terrible hero name assoc. as serious as he should with the neo heroes.
Are we all confused or am I just dumb
