Huh?? I get that it's difficult for him to open up but to say "What would it actually change if I told you?" to your own girlfriend, who's just genuinely concerned and wants to help you, is pretty shitty lol Anyone in her position would be upset with that sort of response, it's basically your own partner disregarding you and doesn't think of your support as something important. Just because he's going through something traumatic, doesn't mean he gets to talk to her like that.- it's disrespectful. FL did right for speaking up, if anything, I'm happy that she did because we rarely ever see her stand up for herself.
I'm glad that he clarified what he meant, but again, she was well in her rights to be upset. Keep in mind, he hasn't been that great to her from the start either when he kept giving her mixed signals and stringing her along. Even when they're finally in a relationship, it still feels like he's stringing her along. Either way, this is good progress, cause FL isn't being a doormat for him anymore & ML is finally starting to open up.
ok i feel like her behaviour this chapter was kinda shitty tho... They only just recently reunited and it was already a big and uncomfortable step for him to open up about having been stalked so when she gets angry at him for not giving details on something traumatic and walks away... Well that isnt exactly gonna make anyone comofrtable with sharing now is it? ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
I do get her frustrations that he's a very private person but with this i dont think its an acceptable way to react
