Honestly, this wasn't supposed take place into one of my classic favs but here we are. I admire a manhwa by 2 things; 1st is the art and the 2nd is the storyline. If I dislike a manhwa for any of these two reasons, another one definitely pushes me to finish it. By that I actually mean if the plot is better than the art, I don't mind reading it.
In the beginning, I was getting kinda icky because of the unproportionate art but the plot had me intrigued and icl this was actually unique to me for the fl being a crybaby but not useless. Instead, she actually stood her ground and did her best to keep the ml safe. I actually liked how it wasn't rushed but is a short read and yet the plot progressed by making sense. Again, it is also very refreshing to see none of the fl's family member being a villain to their lives. Otherwise, almost every other rofan/isekai/josei manhwa has the similar "villainous sister/dad/mother" in the fl's life.
Again, I was very intrigued by the ml character, too. Since, he was not the typical "love at first sight" kinda villain guy. But instead he's sharp, on-guard and cunning and as the author is true to their words indeed he embodied the villainous traits. Moreover, the character development was soooo good!! Definitely worth my time reading it.
(I have my finals incoming and I read this instead of my actual text-books, pls wish me luck, my loves (┬┬﹏┬┬) ❀)
