The plot is a bit rushed

I like the slowburn between the male leads initially but it felt rush after keith’s confession. I’m not mad though but don’t you think we glazed over the fact that he was a product of incest way too fast?? Or did i misunderstood … and his dad is so messed up for doing that,,,
