i hate to be the person who hates on the new art especially since it’s been so long since the second season started and i know the new artist has worked hard but i can’t help feeling disappointed. the original artist had this ethereal charm with their art. the fl was genuinely so fairy like and the ml looked so aloof. but with the new artist, its like they’ve been cartoonified? which sounds so silly because this is 2d but they’re just so…round? the fl looks like your regular bubbly protagonist, she doesn’t really resemble a fairy anymore. and the mo has lost his charm. not just the art but the plot has been falling off for me. i stopped where randall was killed and honestly dont know if i’ll finish it.
