idk, I think a transactional sexual relationship can be manipulative and unwholesome even without rape. there's a lot that can be done (and they were doing) without it that doesn't make a relationship soft, sweet and fluffy with no conflict.
Wait I'm confused how did this story gave off wholesome sweet and fluffy? Like it was obvious it wasn't going to be some walk in the park we got a corrupt politician who will do anything to help his boss and a masochist boxer like the sign couldn't be any more clearer
