So I'm assuming they were twins(The Grandma and the Great Aunt), the grandma abandoned him, and the great aunt was the one that raised him. And at some point he started seeing both of them as the Grandma alone, but his "Grandma" was really the Great Aunt(who I assume was the one who died) and his actual Grandma was alive this entire time and estranged. Did I get it or am I confused?
